Welcome to Lifemark ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Lifemark mobile application (the "App").

By using Lifemark, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Lifemark does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Account or login credentials
• Location data
• Photos or images from your device
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Advertising identifiers
• Device identifiers
• Contacts, calendars, or other personal data

3. Data Stored on Your Device

All data generated by Lifemark is stored exclusively on your device. This includes:

• Sticker images: Photos you take or select are processed locally to create stickers. Original and thumbnail images are stored in the app's private storage directory.
• Calendar records: A local database (Room/SQLite) stores the date, category, and file paths of your sticker records.
• App preferences: Settings such as whether you have completed the onboarding tutorial.

This data is never uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third-party platform.

4. Camera and Photo Access

Lifemark may request the following permissions:

• Camera permission: Used only to take photos within the app for creating stickers. Photos are processed and stored locally.
• Notification permission: Used only to send a daily reminder if you haven't recorded a sticker yet.

We do not request access to your photo library beyond the PhotoPicker API, which provides limited, one-time access to selected photos without granting the app broad library access.

5. Photo Storage

Photos you take or select within Lifemark are saved directly as stickers. The app creates original and thumbnail versions stored locally in the app's private storage directory. No image processing or background removal is performed.

6. Third-Party Services

Lifemark does not integrate any third-party services that collect user data, including but not limited to:

• Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs
• Crash reporting services
• Cloud storage or synchronization services

7. Children's Privacy

Lifemark does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected or transmitted, the App is safe for users of all ages.

8. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted, the security of your data depends on the security measures on your device (e.g., device lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a secure lock screen.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete individual sticker records within the app at any time using the edit mode. To delete all data, you can uninstall the app, which will remove all locally stored data, including sticker images and the database.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
